NPC 004 - Mulch

You may not notice Mulch when you first see them, what looks like a suit of armor in the corner of an abandoned castle is, in fact, a fungal organism residing in that ancient armor. The armor is shaped as though it still holds a human form within, but upon closer inspection, the visor of the helm peers out into the world with an inky blackness. The only striking thing, the armor's shoulder pads have been overtaken by an intricate overgrowth of fungi in an array of colors, sizes, and shapes, forming a vibrant tapestry that extends over the metal like a lush epaulet. The remaining sections of the suit remain unblemished by the fungal life, save for the occasional spore print or mycelium thread, presenting a stark contrast between the living and the long-abandoned.
